Six degrees for Peter Bamford

Peter Bamford, best-known as a former director of Vodafone, has joined the board of data services provider Six Degrees Group as a non-executive.

Bamford also serves as chairman of clothing brand owner SuperGroup and as a non-executive director of Rentokil Initial.

He tells GrowthBusiness, ‘The thing I have done a lot of and that I enjoy doing is coming on board once companies have got to a critical mass and helping them push further.’

Six Degrees’ services include data centre, connectivity, voice and cloud computing offerings. Bamford adds, ‘There is an opportunity for us to grow through acquisition, which is exciting for me.’
