My best business decision

In the past, we always focused on the gaps and things going wrong in our clients’ businesses. Two years ago we changed our focus to concentrate on business strengths. At the time, this was quite a risk as it could easily have been dismissed by a board of hard-nosed execs as ‘happy clappy nonsense’. However, since we made that decision we have seen growth of 25 per cent year on year. It allowed us to differentiate ourselves from our competitors in what is already a crowded market. Moreover, it meant our staff became more comfortable in what they were doing and could talk about our services with greater pride and enthusiasm.
