Digital communications company Mighty Mouse has acquired website design and build agency Bluhalo, and oil and gas company Ramco has purchased Eagle HC.

Done deals:

Ramco, an Aberdeen-based oil and gas exploration company, has acquired Eagle HC for up to £2.3 million in shares, in a bid to increase its operations in the North Sea

smartFOCUS Group plc, a provider of multi channel marketing software, has bought ASTECH InterMedia, a US-based data-driven marketing services company for the newsmedia industry, for £1.6 million

Marine safety equipment supplier Cosalt plc has sold its non-core school uniform and children’s clothing subsidiary Banner to IDP for £4.5 million. Cosalt has also acquired offshore oil and gas distribution and servicing company SAHS for £265,000

Winstonmead plc has purchased fellow Kent-based Acorn Business Supplies to create a combined office supplies company (Source: Channel Info)
