Employment law consultancy Peninsula Business Services has raised £30 million of expansion capital from Royal Bank of Scotland, while GfK International has acquired Chart-Track.

Done deals:

Four Seasons Group, an air conditioning installation and maintenance business, has acquired HM Air Cooling (Source: Yorkshire Evening Post)

Audio Visual Machines, an integrator of audio visual and video conferencing systems, has purchased Matrix Display Systems

Deals in the pipeline:

Health care provider Care UK has agreed to acquire the remaining 50 per cent of Partnership Health Group for up to £16.1 million

Rolls-Royce is set to acquire Scandinavian Electric Holding, a supplier of system packages for diesel-electric marine engines, for NOK 430 million (£43 million)

Oil and gas producer Gold Oil Plc could increase its presence in Colombia after signing an option agreement to pay $4 million (£2 million) for 95 per cent of Inversiones Petroleras de Colombia S.A.
