In today’s deal headlines business services firm Mouchel Group plc has acquired Hedra for £50 million and oil and gas producer Afren plc is set to acquire Devon Energy Corporation’s operations for some £102.6 million.

Done deals:

Vehicle rental firm Nexus Vehicle Management has undergone an £11 million buy-in management buy-out, backed by ISIS Equity Partners (Source: Yorkshire Post)

Deals in the pipeline:

MAMA Group plc, a marketing, music venue and artist management outfit, is set to purchase Luminar Liquid’s entertainment venue The Gig, for £3.6 million

Oil and gas producer Afren plc has agreed to acquire Oklahoma City-based Devon Energy Corporation’s oil and gas operations in the Ivory Coast, for $205 million (£102.6 million)
