Artilium buys Trisent Communications for £1.7 million

Telecom software specialist Artilium has acquired Trisent Communications, which helps mobile network operators tailor services based on the geographic location of their clients’ mobile phones, for £1.7 million. Venture debt funds European expansion for The Cloud

Wireless broadband provider The Cloud has received financing from venture debt provider Noble Venture Finance (NVF), including a loan facility of €6 million (£4.5 million).
