NA's Capital gain

Article Date:  Aug 24 2006

Network Analytics, a company that helps IT managers analyse their IT systems, has received a £250,000 investment from the London-centric Capital Fund.

The company’s management intends to use the cash injection to develop its product range and expand international sales and marketing efforts. Network Analytics, whose systems also enable major corporates to comply fully with the stringent Sarbanes-Oxley regulations, has appointed software industry veteran Peter Osborn, founder of Redwood International, as chairman on the advice of the fund.

‘Network Analytics has rapidly established itself as a key niche player,’ says the Capital Fund’s investment manager Mike Kennedy. ‘We are pleased to support the management team’s plans for expansion.’
