In today's headlines Bowmark Capital has invested £11 million in JAC Group and Tarsus Group snaps up SEPIC for £13.5 million.
* National estate agency Humberts has completed a trio of deals, acquiring Fox & Manwaring for £635,000, Richard Harding for £3 million and Halls Participations for £5.55 million
* Private equity firm Bowmark Capital has invested £11 million in b2b travel services provider JAC Group, backed by Royal Bank of Scotland
* Oil and gas exploration company Irvine Energy has completed the acquisition of the Niobrara oil and gas project in Kansas
* Capita Group has bolstered its core pensions management and administrations business with the purchase of Higham Dunnett Shaw for £15 million cash
* Public Service Properties Investments, a European property company based in the British Virgin Islands, has acquired UK-based Stonelea Healthcare Group for £24 million
* B2b media group Tarsus Group has snapped up textiles and clothing marketing and exhibitions firm SEPIC of France for 13.5 million (£9.1 million)
In the pipeline:
* Oil and gas exploration and production company Ascent Resources is to acquire a 22.5% stake in Italian-based drilling contractor Perazzoli Drilling, for an undisclosed sum
* Standard Chartered bank is set to acquire oil and gas M&A advisor Harrison Lovegrove for an undisclosed amount
