Murgitroyd buys Raworth Moss & Cook

European patent and trademark attorney practice Murgitroyd Group Plc has announced that it has acquired Croydon-based practice Raworth Moss & Cook for up to £700,000.

European patent and trademark attorney practice Murgitroyd Group Plc has announced that it has acquired Croydon-based practice Raworth Moss & Cook for up to £700,000. Murgitroyd will pay £500,000 in cash and the remainder on the first anniversary of completion.
