New MD buys IT supplier

A West Midlands supplier of hard and software products and services has been bought by its new managing director.

Electronic Business Systems (EBS) is now under the control of Jason Tullah, who was joined in the buy-out by sales director Richard Torr.

The business, which provides Microsoft and Sage products, was sold by Fred Chamberlain for an undisclosed sum. Legal services were provided by Daniel Keane, managing partner of Keelys, while accountancy firm Dains raised the funding needed.

Birmingham-based EBS has been offering off-the-shelf bespoke software since 1980 and currently has 1,000 system installations nationwide.
