Deal Round-up (15.07.2008)

Investment company TVC has bought a stake of 11 per cent of radio and TV business UTV Media, while IT services company Electronic Business Systems has been bought out by its management.

Done deals:

Investment company TVC Holdings Plc has purchased 11 per cent of UTV Media Plc, a radio and TV business, for £14.9 million

Private equity firm the Riverside Company has bought SPX Air Filtration, a manufacturer and distributor of air filtration products worldwide (Source: Burnley Citizen)

IT services company Electronic Business Systems has been acquired by its management (Source: Birmingham Post)

Aberdeen International, an investment and merchant banking company, has taken its stake in oil and gas operator Longford Energy to 12.7 per cent (Source: Banking Business Review)
