Merseyside-based Dams Furniture has been bought by its management from administrators KPMG Manchester, saving the jobs of 72 staff. The deal was completed with an invoice discounting facility from asset-based lender Venture Finance as well as an Enterprise Finance Guarantee (EFG)-backed loan
