Time for a change? The sWaP watch
If, like my dad, you mainly use your mobile phone to check the time, this could be right up your street.
The concept is simple – a phone you wear on your wrist – but designing a product that someone over the age of 13 might actually want to use is the hard bit. That’s why previous efforts in this direction failed to get much beyond the drawing board, and it remains to be seen whether this one will catch on.
The sWaP phone works just like a normal mobile phone – pop in a SIM card (not included) and you’re ready to go. Despite its diminutive size, it boasts 512MB of memory which can be upgraded to 2GB with a Micro SD card. That gives you plenty of space for music files and movies – though for many, watching a movie on a 1.5-inch screen might be a step too far. There’s also a 1.3 megapixel camera.
The downside for users of 3 is that it isn’t compatible with that network. The price tag of £249.99 is also a bit hefty.
But it could be worth it just to see people’s baffled faces as you start talking into your watch.

I purchased one from the official swap watch website http://www.s-w-a-p.co.uk there is more models and information on where to buy, I personal went for the original version.
