Paying for your booking:
Make cheques payable to Vitesse Events and send to Accounts Payable, Vitesse Media, Octavia House, 50 Banner Street, London EC1Y 8ST. Please arrange bank transfers within 14 days of booking your table.

Credit card payments will be taken over the telephone up to three working days before the event. Invoices will be sent within two working days of receipt of your booking and must be paid within 14 days. If your booking is made less than 14 days before the event, full payment will be required at the time of booking by credit card.

Cancellations:
All cancellations must be made in writing. Bookings cancelled eight weeks or more prior to the event will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations received between four and eight weeks prior to the event will receive a 25% refund. We regret that no refunds will be paid on cancellations made less than four weeks prior to the event date.
