Buchanan's core business centres on retained clients - typically companies quoted on the Stock Exchange - and financial institutions.

Our principal activity is representing these clients to the financial press and capital markets audiences. Buchanan is the leading IPO advisor on over 70 IPO's in the last three years alone. We are also active in the secondary offerings market with substantial experience in domestic and cross-border activities, including contested takeovers.

We have also established an institutional-focused investor relations department, specialising in board-level strategy and advisory counsel.
