Harbottle & Lewis is a London based commercial law firm of over 80 lawyers providing specialist advice primarily to the media, entertainment and communications industries.

In recent years we have been at the centre of many of these industries’ largest and most high profile transactions and our lawyers are recognised for some of the most pioneering work in those areas.

Our Corporate Finance team, led by Tim Parker, has been bolstered by the addition of a number of partners and assistants from City corporate finance departments advises on a wide range of corporate transactions. Emap’s music channels The Hits, Kerrang!, Smash Hits, The Box, Q, Magic, FHM and Kiss100
- AIM quoted DCD Media on the financing and simultaneous acquisition of three independent television companies, Prospect Pictures Limited, September Holdings Limited and West Park Pictures Limited.
